I’ve been ordering from DD since 2020, and have almost $500 in rewards points. I’ve ordered dozens of times in the past with no issue.
I feel like quality has really dropped off. Two of my twelve carts ordered have a short circuit inside them, so any battery I put them on reads “no atomizer”. And this was a reship because my first order was returned to sender (which DD said was a “one time replacement”, as if it were my fault the address got screwed up and they were doing me a huge favor by reshipping it).
I don’t know if this is a quality control issue, but since the carts have changed from black to white ceramic I feel like I’m gambling with every order, and now I’m worried that if another $400 order gets returned to sender I’ll be out of luck, having used my “one time” grace reship.
It’s a shame because prices have only gone up and now I’m paying for dud carts.

Thank you for your review. You have ordered twice from us in the past year. The 5000 points were gifted to you from us a few months ago. The White/black ceramic is the mouthpiece which has no effect on the workings of the cartridge. We do ask that should you have an issue with your order to reach out to us, within 48 hours of receipt, so that we can assist in rectifying the concern. Regarding our prices, we have recently reduced our cartridges by $2.00 each, gifted our customers $500 in points and hosting flash sales of up to 60% off specific items. To address the "onetime" replacement order, this is in reference to that specific order. We only re-ship once per order, IF the error lied in the hands of Canada Post.
