Although RSO can be smoked/vaped it does not taste very good nor is it a pleasant smell, and can be quite harsh.  RSO is best consumed orally or in suppository form. It can also be diluted with a carrier oil and be used directly on the skin as a topical ointment or mixed Its edibles. RSO contains a high amount of cannabinoids and terpenes giving it high medicinal value.

    This oil is what I use nerve/back pain resulting from hip replacement surgery as well as anxiety and insomnia and it works wonders for me. For the price, quality and value this product can't be beat. I use it orally (yuck tastes terrible), topically (mixed with mct oil) and in suppositories (which really help with lower back pain). And I enjoy CBD and delta 9 cartridges!

    I took a pretty big gamble ordering a 50g jar in my first order from this site, but it paid off! I live with nerve pain and when I ordered this a few weeks ago I was well past the point where edibles with less than 1/4 cup (60-80ml) of butter in them would do ANYTHING to help with my symptoms. With this RSO, I take around 0.2-0.3g (150-225mg THC) 2-3 times a day and I get an incredible amount of relief. It definitely doesn't taste very good, but I keep mine in the fridge and chase the glob of oil with some cold water immediately and that helps it go down a lot easier. (Note: from what I've read there's no need to keep it in the fridge, but I find it a lot easier to dose more accurately when it's solid.) I get mostly pine and lemon "flavour" from it. But I treat it like Buckley's; it tastes dreadful but DAMN it works! I'll definitely be ordering more when I'm done my current jar. This stuff is AMAZING for medical patients who find they're getting too fat on edibles!

    Absolutely amazing I got $50 off didn’t even know there was a reward system , As usual it’s consistent it’s reliable this company does great work, I’ve made butter I’ve made gummy‘s, cookies, brownies and I haven’t smoked in three months but I pretty much put butter on everything now and if I’m going anywhere I take gummy‘s with me. For cost wise though I’m probably going to get a butter making machine like the Ardent Nova FX, as I appreciate the discounts they’re just not frequent enough and it costs a lot of money to keep my self medicated with the pain I’m in. Only negative thing I can say is shipping cost me $20 for express and took Canada Post 10 days to get it to me. I just can’t rely on Canada Post to bring me my medication on time Pandemic or not. I receive packages from the UK faster then this.

    Thank you for being there for us Distillate Direct, you actually helped save my wife's life just by providing this product to consumers. After much research she now uses this product, combined with another similar product to combat stage 4 lung cancer and it's working. Tumours are shrinking, Doc says keep doing it they don’t have any better medicine in their medical bag that would do as good and it looks like she will fully recover, she has been following a program started with a low dosage brought up over time to a higher dose that really combated the cancer, now she is on a wean down period coming down to a low maintenance dose she will do for the rest of her life so it doesn't come back, she was diagnosed with this beginning of October, 2020, working faster than thought it possible!!! She says.... "What an experience to get a second chance to live again, gonna live it again even better this time!"...Needless to say she is over the moon, and also says thank you so much!.     This oil came quick and was good value . I got it at $12/g for Rso and $16/g which is pretty good and I'm happy with the cbd but have yet to determine if I actually got the right amount. I saw some peoples received counts that were off by a gram or so, but I am counting down as I use it. I've never got Rso that smelled like this either and im assuming the solvent they chose wasn't properly cooked off because it's still reeking like gas and I had to sit the oil out for a week before it was actually usable, which was dissipointing, considering I use it mostly for business purposes. I'm also hoping having to evaporate the rest of the solvent naturally doesn't being down the volume of the oil , although it probably will. So purchase at your own risk .sometimes it's good sometimes it's not . Rso roulette.

    We were quite happy with this oil. Our only real complaint is that it was quite runny. After it has sat open with lid off for a month it is a much better oil. I would say that it wasn't evaporated enough and there was still a noticeable amount of alcohol left. Now that the jar is almost empty the oil is just about right now lol. I would purchase again when my supplier is out. I see from others pictures that some get the nice thick oil that is free from alcohol.

    I hope the maker doesn't get greedy and mess with the quality of the source.

    Why mess with a good thing?

    I purchased 25 grams of the Rso and have had a fair bit in my time. This had a really funky smell to it; it was almost unpleasant at first. The oil smoked is extremely Irritating strong and does give you a really nice high but I almost dread the experience of smoking a joint with the Rso. All in all it was still worth the price. I can suck it up and smoke the stuff..It honestly just hurts to smoke. But the High is elating, Great for chilling and just playing some games or Netflix. I would gladly cough three times a day for the pain relief offered; But I will be switching over to the Honey oil which I just purchased, and the Hash..>their hash is apparently incredible.

    I have been a very very heavy daily RSO user for over 20 years. I have tried them all. First off, the pricing here is phenomenal - you cannot find any deal in Canada that even comes close to the jar here. First impression - masterful packaging and jar seal - first class. Opening the jar leads a very unique scent.. very funky and magical in tone and nature. Some prominent earthy and very heavy diesel notes, with a slight hint of coffee or molasses (the 'funky' tone in this strain - it finishes kinda sweet).. The oral taste matches the scent. I dose orally with RSO, by making an oral slurry with saliva, saturate sublingually for at least 5 mins (the longer sublingual, the most acute the intake) and swallow. Effects take upwards of an hour to kick in typically. I was feeling effects within 20 mins, which is a sign of great quality. I was full blast within an hour and hanging a sustained high for at least a nice 4 hrs, with a nice beautiful slow descent towards sobriety (just as with the best high-end brands of RSO).. but WAIT: not so fast, LOL, what about dabbing it? - just dream-like to dab.. full flavour, and in vape/smoke form, the funky flavour really converts nicely to a typical full-spectrum flavour, with the diesel notes really getting tamed out.. it finishes very sweet and pleasantly...



    For once in my life, I can tell I'll be able to afford ($) to take the proper RSO daily dose levels I could not afford ($) previously.. this is a serious game changer for folks whom rely on this magical medicine called RSO...



    Just can't say how important this discovery is for me.



    So well done DD, you have my RSO business loyalty for life.. BRAVO!



    Now, I'm off to try the Honey Oil!

    the RSO to start. I got my order and was disappointed it was only a 10gm jar they sent me !!! Putting that aside and looking at the

    quality it is top notch RSO! Lovely flavor profile and does burn very clean. I actually find this to be the best I have tried to date (that is saying alot)!



    As I write this I already got a reply to my email about the missing product being shipped!! Customer service is a very important aspect and distillatedirect gets tops marks!!



    I am really looking forward trying the honey oil jar next !! I tried some single gm's and it was top notch !!



    Question for distillatedirect..

    Would it be advisable to mix terpines with any the RSO or the honey oils ? I have never seen terpines offered like this before and notice you mention distillate and terpines being mixed ? Thanks and very impressed with everything I have tasted so far !!

Description

Rick Simpson Oil (RSO) is made from Isopropyl 99.99% pure

* Please note, RSO is made from a plethora of strains, each batch will be different from the other

Although RSO can be smoked/vaped it does not taste very good nor is it a pleasant smell, and can be quite harsh.  RSO is best consumed orally or in suppository form. It can also be diluted with a carrier oil and be used directly on the skin as a topical ointment or mixed Its edibles. RSO contains a high amount of cannabinoids and terpenes giving it high medicinal value.
